It's a pleasant drive of about 1 hour from Shrewsbury and a similar distance
from Hereford so it's within easy reach from most areas of England. It's
the perfect base to explore deeper into Wales whilst keeping your journey

Getting to The Little Cottage without a car:
The Nearest Railway Station is Llangunllo on the beautiful Heart of Wales Line. The station is a mile and a half walk from the village of Llangunllo where the cottage
is located. Another option is to arrive in nearby Knighton by train and catch a local bus or taxi (Knighton Taxis 01547 528165). The bus stop is virtually opposite the cottage.
